At Beyond Bottleshop, we believe mindful drinking should be paired with mindful service. Every product is chosen to bring ease, comfort, and joy to your rituals—and if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ll help make it better.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, ideally with a photo or quick note. We'll work quickly to make things right.


How to Start a Return

Send us a message at orders@beyondbottleshop.com and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • A short explanation (optional but appreciated)

We’ll reply with return instructions and let you know when to expect your refund.


Exclusions

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Limited releases or digital gift cards

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning?

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Snap a photo of the issue and email us within 7 days. We’ll either send a replacement or process a refund.

How long does a refund take?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Do you accept returns on Kava or adaptogenic drinks?
Yes—as long as they’re unopened and returned within the 14-day window. Be sure to reach out before shipping anything back.
